Domestic External Training
Over the years, we have also assisted our clients, train their staff that were not employed from Mani Recruits. While the clients were “comfortable” with the house hold staff, the staff were lacking in certain aspects.
We determine the most appropriate training strategy for your staff and home, through observation and evaluation of the staff’s performance using our checklist. This enables us provide appropriate suggestions and training needed for improvement. Our clients have always been overwhelmed with the effect from the same staff they were used to.
